1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

LUDGI Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for any other purposes.

• Member registration and management
• Service provision and content usage
• Marketing and advertising utilization

2. Personal Information Items Collected

The Company collects the following personal information for service provision.

• Required items: Email address, password, nickname
• Optional items: Profile image, self-introduction, location information, interests
• Automatically collected items: IP address, cookies, service usage records, device information

In iOS apps, we comply with Apple's privacy policies and separately request user consent for ad tracking through the App Tracking Transparency framework.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company, in principle, destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve according to relevant laws and regulations, the Company retains member information for a certain period prescribed by relevant laws as follows.

• Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
• Records related to payment and supply of goods: 5 years
• Records related to consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years
• Login records: 3 months

4. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows.

• Destruction procedure: Information entered by members is moved to a separate database after achieving its purpose and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws, or destroyed immediately.
• Destruction method: Information in electronic file format uses technical methods that cannot reproduce records.

5. Data Protection Officer

The Company designates a Data Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and remedy damages related to personal information processing.

6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company, in principle, does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

• When users have explicitly consented
• When unavoidable to comply with legal obligations or special provisions in laws
• When necessary for urgent life, physical, or property interests of the data subject or third parties

7. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

The Company uses 'cookies' that store and retrieve usage information to provide individualized customized services to users. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server operating the website to the user's browser and stored on the user's computer hard disk. Users have the option to install cookies. Therefore, users can allow all cookies, go through confirmation each time cookies are stored, or refuse to store all cookies by setting options in their web browser.
