Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users, and other necessary matters regarding the use of services provided by LUDGI Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows:

1. "Service" means the social media platform and related services provided by the Company.
2. "User" means members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.
3. "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously receive information from the Company and use the services provided by the Company.
4. "Non-member" means a person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.
5. "Content" means all posts, photos, videos, audio, files, etc. posted by the Company or users on the service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

① These terms apply to all users who wish to use the service.

② The Company may change these terms when necessary, and the changed terms will take effect by posting them in the service notices or notifying users through other methods.

③ If users do not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue using the service and request membership withdrawal. If they continue to use the service after the changed terms take effect, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

① The Company provides the following services:

1. Social networking services
2. Content sharing services
3. Messaging services
4. Other services that the Company additionally develops or provides to users through partnerships with other companies

② The Company may change the content of services to improve service quality, and in such cases, will notify users in advance by specifying the changed service content and provision date.

Article 5 (Formation of Service Use Agreement)

① A service use agreement is concluded when a user agrees to these terms and applies for service use according to the procedures set by the Company, and the Company accepts the application.

② The Company may not accept service use applications in the following cases:

1. When applying under a false name or using another person's name
2. When providing false information or not providing information required by the Company
3. When a child under 14 years old applies without consent from a legal guardian
4. When a user whose service use was suspended due to violations of terms of use in the past applies for re-use
5. When it is confirmed that the application violates these terms or is illegal or improper

Article 6 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)

① The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

② The protection and use of personal information are governed by relevant laws and the Company's privacy policy.

③ The Company does not provide users' personal information obtained in connection with service provision to third parties without the user's consent.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Participating in or encouraging illegal activities
• Infringing on others' rights
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Posting inappropriate content
• Attempting to bypass service security measures
• Using the service to send spam
• Interfering with the normal operation of the service

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and features provided by the service are protected by intellectual property rights of the Company or its licensors. Users must not infringe these intellectual property rights by using the service.

While users retain rights to content they post on the service, the Company has a non-exclusive license to use such content for service operation purposes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," and the Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the service. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from service use to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to service use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.
